The coupon section allows you to issue coupons with specific conditions that can be redeemed on the website, order entry or POS module.

Go to System Setup > Company Setup > Coupons

How do I handle gift certificates?

You can issue a specific coupon code for each certificate sold OR you can setup an account called “Gift Certificates” under customers and record the gift certificate ID in the order details section. New POS users may need to import a list of all outstanding gift certificate ID’s.
